Aerial yoga for beginners! This class has a slow pace and works through all the important grips, wraps and traps to enjoy a safe aerial yoga experience. Your teacher will guide you through the practice and build your confidence to enjoy the amazing experience of suspended yoga. So many incredible benefits for the body and mind! Three Fundamentals classes must be completed by all new students before progressing to the open Aerial Yoga class.
